an elegant and relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant offers both traditional and contemporary dishes,
characterized by a high attention to quality and the source of their raw
materials.
Salixa
The restaurant probably owes its name to the Venetian term “salixa” or “salixadura”, denoting the pavement which characterized the historic city center, and is located at the entrance to Via XX Settembre,the gateway to the Contrada Granda and the historical center.
