The personal data collected on this site and any other information that may be associated with you, directly or indirectly, are processed and used in accordance with EU Regulation No. 679/2016 (GDPR) on the protection of personal data.

The legal basis for the aforementioned processing is provided by Art. 6 paragraph 1 letters B-F of the GDPR. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS IN THE MATTER OF PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

We inform you of the existence of certain rights regarding personal data protection, listed below, and how to exercise them with respect to the Data Controller:

Right to withdraw consent (art. 13): You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time for all processing activities whose legitimacy is based on your expression of consent. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data undergoing processing.

Right to rectification (art. 16): You have the right to request the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you and to obtain the completion of incomplete personal data.

Right to erasure (Art. 17): You have the right to obtain from the data controller the erasure of personal data concerning you if the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, if you withdraw consent, if there is no overriding legitimate reason to proceed with profiling, if the data have been processed unlawfully, if there is a legal obligation to erase them; if the data relate to web services for minors without consent. Erasure may occur unless the right to freedom of expression and information prevails, or the data must be retained for compliance with a legal obligation or for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority, for reasons of public interest in the field of public health, for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes, or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

Right to restriction of processing (art. 18): You have the right to obtain from the data controller the restriction of processing when you have contested the accuracy of the personal data (for the period necessary for the data controller to verify the accuracy of such personal data) or if the processing is unlawful, if you need them for the establishment, exercise, or defense of a legal claim in court.

Right to portability (art. 20): You have the right to receive your personal data provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and you have the right to transmit them to another party if the processing is based on consent, on a contract, and if the processing is carried out by automated means, except where the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in connection with the exercise of official authority, and provided that such transmission does not infringe the rights of third parties.

Right to contact the Data Protection Authority (art. 77): Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, if you believe that the processing concerning you violates the regulation on personal data protection, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State where you habitually reside, work, or where the alleged violation occurred.
